Annual Grizzly Athletics All Sports Banquet set for April 22

Awards and accolades will abound at the annual Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Athletics All Sports Banquet, set for 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 22, in the exhibit hall of the West Plains Civic Center, 110 St. Louis St.

Coaches for the Grizzly Basketball, Cheer Team, eSports, Softball and Volleyball teams will recap their respective seasons and give individual awards to their team members.

Grizzly Athletics Director Rusty Laverentz will present the Head Coach of the Year, the Assistant Coach of the Year and the Employee of the Year awards and discuss the future of the Grizzly Athletics program.

Tickets are $20 each or a table of eight can be reserved for $150. Those who cannot attend but would like to support the Grizzly Athletics program may sponsor a table for $150, organizers said.
