Check in and registration: Register between 5 pm and 6:30 pm in the West Plains Civic Center Arena
Select Table and Decorate: Between 5 pm and 6:30 pm teams can arrive and decorate
Table Decoration Judging: Judging for table decor will be conducted at 6:30 pm
Trivia Night: Begins immediately after table judging
