OUR MISSION:

The Missouri State University, West Plains Volleyball Department is committed to providing all student athletes with an exceptional experience that includes receiving an outstanding education led by a superb team of instructors and staff, winning championships, and developing into incredible human beings and leaders. Our mission and purposes are more than titles and awards, it is to develop student athletes to becoming role models for our society.

OUR VISION:

To develop and give our student athletes an opportunity to become great leaders and citizens. We work to create a sense of pride, community, and gratefulness. All student athletes will learn the importance of our community for making everything possible and the arduous work done by coaches, student-athletes, and staff who left a legacy and created an incredible and unforgettable history.
